Our first title is The little blue angel, by Janet Potter. This is Janet’s first book. She was married, had children, and grandchildren, and was a beloved high school librarian. She loved everything good.

Her hair was silver, which she pinned in a bun; she had small effective hands and was genuinely, compactly beautiful. She made exceptional shortbread, yummy molasses cookies and architecturally significant gingerbread houses.

She laughed easily and looked for trouble. She hugged. Everyone should have the privilege of knowing at least one such lovely person in their lives. She was very, very kind. — fcj
